Christina Delgado is a policy expert specializing in technology, international trade, data privacy, national security, and surveillance. She has extensive experience in legislative work, including strategizing and advocating for reforms to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Section 702 and addressing other forms of government surveillance and civil liberties issues at both the federal and state levels.

Christina serves as the Policy, Legal, and Advocacy Chair at Restore the Fourth. Her career spans government, nonprofits, and the private sector, including roles as an executive at a startup and both advisor and speechwriter to the Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade.

Her approach to policy issues is significantly influenced by her international relations work, including roles under the State Department, and her military experience. Christina holds a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and a B.S. in Government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
