Mr. Bonds is clearly a qualified barber, as shown by one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL trusting him with his hair, so why should he possibly even face criminal penalties for cutting hair in another state?
The sandbox benefits both new and existing businesses. By providing businesses — both big and small — the opportunity to innovate in all industries, it’ll be interesting to see what “next big thing” will come as a result of Arizona’s universal sandbox.
Given the public/private partnerships that make government use of facial recognition possible, consumers remain unaware of which seemingly benign consumer products could land in government hands.
Thankfully, policymakers — especially in Utah — are working to help meet the state’s demand for mental health practitioners by improving the portability of licenses while decreasing variations in their requirements.
