This bill nearly doubles the amount of money that can be given out in tax credits, eliminates a cap for the amount of cash rebates that can be given, and allows post-production projects to be able to qualify for this easy money.
This bill requires that each higher education institution's "full budget, including a comprehensive chart of accounts" be reported to legislators in a public meeting.
