This bill aims to bring further commonsense improvements to the expungement process. SB 58 shortens the expungement period to ninety days, allowing deserving individuals to reap the benefits of expungement in a timely manner. 
This bill cleans up and removes lingering language about “good moral character” or “moral turpitude.” This bill aims to reduce the recidivism rate, increase economic opportunity for ex-offenders, and strengthen the labor market.
This bill would reduce barriers to obtain an occupational license. Specifically, this legislation will allow for the issuance of an occupational license to a person who has come to Utah internationally or from a different state.
This bill would prohibit private business owners from requiring their employees or customers to be vaccinated.
This bill places restrictions on how law enforcement uses geofence surveillance and protects the rights of accused defendants.
This bill deregulates occupational licensing for massage therapy, making it easier for Utahns to enter the field and gain practical experience.
