  This bill eased restrictions that hindered the number of mental health professionals available to Utahns, removing barriers to remote mental health therapy and substance use disorder counseling, allowing these professionals to provide more permanent assistance rather than just short-term, transitional care.
  
  This bill passed both the House 68-5 and passed the Senate unanimously. Libertas supports a "yea" vote.
