• HJR17: Proposal to Amend Utah Constitution -- Statewide Initiatives (2023)
  This bill would have allowed Utah voters to decide on whether to amend the state constitution to increase the threshold required to raise taxes on your neighbors via the ballot. Currently it requires a majority vote, and this bill would have required a 60% vote in favor to pass a tax increase.
