A new bill makes it easier for Utahns to buy and sell raw milk. Crazy, right?
A new law in Utah (finally!) allows food producers to sell directly to consenting customers without being crushed by regulatory burdens along the way.
The Utah Beef Council would be converted into a quasi-government agency under this bill, legalizing a tax imposed on every sale of cattle which is currently in legal dispute in Utah's courts.
