Denika Tamayo brings a background in public policy, legislative advocacy, and applied research across state, national, and international contexts. Her experience includes regulatory analysis, coalition engagement, and public-facing policy initiatives addressing civil liberties, governance, and accountability. She has worked alongside governments, nonprofits, and community organizations to advance practical, evidence-based reforms.

Denika holds a Master’s degree in International Service from American University and is a U.S. Air Force veteran. She brings disciplined leadership and analytical rigor to her work, supporting Libertas’s mission to advance data-driven solutions that limit government overreach, strengthen civil society, protect individual liberty, and promote free-market principles.
