This bill would allow a person who is issued a protective order to conceal carry a firearm for up to 120 days after the order was issued, without needing a concealed firearm permit.
This bill creates an alternative pathway to licensure by allowing a person to demonstrate their competency in their chosen occupation instead of sitting through a required number of hours of school.
Under this bill, certain retirees would be provided a non-refundable tax credit equal to 4.95% of the social security benefit.
This bill would remove the front license plate requirement.
This bill enacts several restrictions on civil asset forfeiture in order to minimize government abuse.
