Utah values its veterans and the sacrifices they have made for the nation. That support is only half-hearted if we do not also actively take down barriers that hinder their transition into civilian life.
School resource officers seem to be a quick fix to the complex issue of school safety. But study after study shows that they have an overall negative impact on student discipline.
Strict zoning regulations don’t just contribute to the proliferation of HOAs in cities. Strict zoning also causes HOAs to appear in areas you might not expect them — small towns, areas outside of the city limits, and even throughout rural and semi rural areas.
