This bill codifies what Medicaid often does already, in providing reimbursement for the use of telehealth services along with normal services.
This bill places some restraints on the state's implementation of Medicaid expansion in order to seek a federal waiver and implement caps to ensure the state budget is not unexpectedly affected.
