This bill removes examination requirements for licensure as a certified social worker or social service worker. It also authorizes, if chosen, the re-creation of a pathway to licensure that includes examination but could provide an opportunity to alter the means of examination.
This bill aims to bring further commonsense improvements to the expungement process. SB 58 shortens the expungement period to ninety days, allowing deserving individuals to reap the benefits of expungement in a timely manner. 
This bill would reduce barriers to obtain an occupational license. Specifically, this legislation will allow for the issuance of an occupational license to a person who has come to Utah internationally or from a different state.
Deed restrictions help ensure that everyone has an opportunity to own a home in a good neighborhood located close to public amenities and high-paying jobs.
