This bill would create a specialized court in Utah for business litigation where the plaintiff seeks solely equitable relief or damages of over $300,0000. 
This bill allows individuals who complete certain educator training programs, without receiving a bachelor's degree, to obtain an educator license from the State Board of Education.
We have an opportunity to dramatically improve education in Utah. We don’t need industrial style schooling. We need education that meets the individual needs of our students.
